Thanks for posting this. My last stone was last Labor Day (fittingly) and I’ve been avoiding oxalates and drinking water with lemon juice pretty regularly. Had not heard of doing the large glass of pure juice, but may try that. Any opinion on using the bottles of lemon juice instead of fresh lemons? My 1-year follow up is in a couple weeks and I’ll be interested to see if the 2 small stones I still had are goine now after the lemon juice.
I can’t say for sure if the bottled lemon juice (like ReaLemon) will give the exact same results as the fresh-squeezed juice. But it will still be quite acidy, hopefully enough to dissolve your stones, if need be.
I saw your video while looking for ways to resolve my own Kidney stones. I have followed your regiment for two weeks and was pain free after the second day. (Did it dissolve completely?) I don’t know. So this video is a great example of the tragedy regarding the health care debate. A $15,000 invasive procedure to dissolve kidney stones. This worked is working for me. I say prayer too? A definite yes. God is the great physician. He created us.
If you’re not feeling any more pain, then I’d say your stone(s) dissolved completely, or atleast into particles so small that you can’t see them. But of course, the main thing is getting relieved from the pain. Yes prayer and faith in God (the Great Physician) definitely helps. And yes, you can bet I’m not too happy with the merry-go-round known as “Healthcare.” There’s alot I could say about it, but I’m thankful we’re learning some simple, yet effective wisdom.
Great advice, but I don’t have one yet in my life… This will come in handy when the time is coming… Also Vitamin D will absorb Calcium so I’ve been drinking skim or 1% milk almost every morning… IDK bout my parents to, but I think I’ll go explain them…
is Beer is useful for dissolving or passing the stone?
I don’t drink beer, so I don’t know if it has the acidity or other qualities that will remove stones from the body. I also don’t know if beer causes stones or “adds volume” to stones, but I wouldn’t think that it does.
Thank you so much for making a difference to my life. I followed your instructions earlier this year and I was amazed at the results, I got rid of my Kidney Stones and felt them dissolving in my body.
