No, you can’t cure kidney stones with pineapple juice, but you do need to take extra fluids and urinate often. cranberry is recommended, you can mix with grape or apple to cut the tartness. Water is good, best and better. spinach, chocolate and ice teas can make kidney stones worse with oxylate stones. look them up on cptr search. it has something to do with not having the right bacteria in the gut to break down certain substances that make you more prone to kidney stones. I only know, because I have CF and my brother has kidney stones, but no CF. look up kidney stones + oxylate or kidney stone composition etc.
