Can an expert in chemistry help me here?
I need to know as this will be injested for a Kidney Stone Removal Remedy, for my friend.
I can get a product with phosphorus in liquid form, which would be easier to injest then the alternative of drinks with phosphoric acid, such as Dr. Pepper, or Coke. . .
Thanks, in advance. . .

    They’re not the same.
Phosphoric acid is made out of phosphorus. Phosphoric acid is a mineral (inorganic) acid having the chemical formula H3PO4. Phosphorus is an element. Due to its high reactivity, phosphorus is never found as a free element in nature.

  • MarXidad says:

    phosphorus exists as various forms
    a very common form is phophates (PO4) 3-, (HPO4) 2- (H2PO4) 1- (H3PO4) neutral
    the last is phosphoric acid

No, not the same at all.
See a Pharmacist (Chemist in the UK), and ask about any Calcium Phosphate supplements if available and if so, are they OK to take for the described condition.
Phosphorus itself isn’t available as such.

  • Norrie says:

Phosphorus is second only to calcium as a mineral in the body. Phosphorus is present in bones and teeth and combines with calcium to form calcium phosphate which is the substance which gives the skeleton rigidity. It is also present in every cell in the human body and in the body fluids as well.
Phosphoric acid is an antioxidant used to decrease oxidative rancidity of fat or oil. Inhibits metal-catalyzed oxidation and production of dark colors; metal chelating agent
No it’s not the same thing.
