oxylates in diet, spinach, sodas, iced teas. there are other family hx problems and other causes. Lithotripsy and laser surgeries, endoscopic removal or just let them pass. stones need analysis, some are high calcium content, too. drink lots of water! they are very painful and so are the surgeries and stents.
there is an entire list of things, like chocolate, milk, sugar. my sister suffers really bad with those, i have cancer but the way she act i would never want to go through that.
